- Extras: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, and complete house linens (sheets & towels).
Building Access & Timing
- Floor: Located in a historic 1800s building without an elevator. Access requires climbing approximately 60 steps. Note: Once you reach the top, the view and comfort make it worthwhile.
- Check‑in: From 3:00 PM.
- Check‑out: By 10:00 AM.
- Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible.

Course Venues
Important for Europass Participants: Our courses are held across three different venues. Please note that the specific location for your course will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the course starts.
The apartment is located at Via Guelfa 14, a central and well‑connected street. Walking distances to the three course locations are:

- Walking: approx. 13–15 minutes
- Public transport: approx. 10 minutes
2. Via dei Rustici, 7
- Walking: approx. 18–20 minutes
- Public transport: approx. 15 minutes

- Walking: approx. 10–12 minutes
- Public transport: approx. 8 minutes
Tram & Transport
Although the tram does not pass directly on Via Guelfa, the area is extremely central and well served by buses and easy walking routes.
How to Reach the Apartment
From Santa Maria Novella Station (SMN)
- Walking: Approx. 8–10 minutes — very convenient and direct.
From Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci)
- By Tram: Take the T2 tram to SMN station, then walk 8–10 minutes to the apartment.
- By Taxi: Approx. 20–25 minutes depending on traffic.
By Car & Parking
- The apartment is located inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Access is restricted unless you have authorized parking.
- Public garages are available nearby for a fee (reservation recommended).
- No on‑site parking.
