Situated in the historic center, precisely in the fascinating Oltrarno area, the apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Access requires climbing several flights of stairs, but the effort is well rewarded upon arrival in a bright, welcoming, clean, and surprisingly quiet environment: the ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the city.

The apartment stays cool in summer thanks to air conditioning in all rooms and pleasantly warm in winter thanks to independent heating. It is a comfortable retreat, ideal for two people (maximum four).

• The Red Room: Features a skylight, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a French-size bed (150×200). A wooden staircase leads to a unique rooftop sitting area with a soundproof window.

• Bedding: All beds include pillows, blankets, duvets, and fresh linens.

Fully Equipped Kitchen Area:

• Appliances: Oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave.

• Small Appliances: Toaster, blender, citrus juicer, and kettle.

• Cookware: Full selection of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and wine glasses.

• Laundry: Washing machine (laundry detergent provided).

Bathroom:

• Compact bathroom with shower enclosure and hairdryer.
