Sleeping Area – 2 Bedrooms:

• King-Size Comfort: Two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a luxurious king-size orthopedic bed for a restful sleep.

• Bedding: A variety of pillows, blankets, and bedspreads suitable for all seasons are available.

Fully Equipped Kitchenette:

• Appliances: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, and gas stove.

• Small Appliances: Refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bathroom:

• Modern bathroom fitted with a large shower and a washing machine for your convenience.

Building Access & Timing:

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

• Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible.

• Access: Located on the 2nd floor of a historic building with no elevator (access via traditional stone stairs).

Logistics

Important for Students: Our courses are held across three different venues. Please note that the specific location for your course will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the course starts.

The following distances and times are calculated from the apartment to the Europass Teacher Academy locations:

1. Via Sant’Egidio, 12

• Walking time: Approx. 32–34 minutes.

• By Public Transport: Approx. 18 minutes (Take the Tram T1 from “Porta al Prato-Leopolda” to “Stazione Valfonda”, or one of the local busses, followed by a short walk).

2. Via dei Rustici, 7

• Walking time: Approx. 30–32 minutes.

• By Public Transport: Approx. 20 minutes (Take the Tram T1 to the center, or one of the local busses, then a walk through the historic district).

3. Via dei Servi, 49

• Walking time: Approx. 27–29 minutes.

• By Public Transport: Approx. 15 minutes (Take the Tram T1 to “Stazione Valfonda”, or one of the local busses, then a 10-minute walk past the Duomo).

From Santa Maria Novella Station (SMN):

• By Tram: Take the T1 Tram line (direction Villa Costanza) for just two stops and get off at “Porta al Prato-Leopolda“. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the stop.

• Walking time: Approx. 14–16 minutes.

From Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci):

• By Tram: Take the T2 Tram line directly to the “Alamanni/Stazione” stop, then switch to the T1 line for two stops to “Porta al Prato-Leopolda“.
