Living Space: Bright and functional, with two armchairs and a 32″ smart TV. Ceiling height in the seating area: 190 cm.
Loft Bed: Inseparable double bed (140×200 cm) with orthopedic topper, located in a cozy loft area (ceiling height 120 cm) accessible via 10 steps.
Capacity: Ideal for 1–2 guests.

Kitchen & Bath
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with: Fridge, Induction cooker, Italian moka, Kettle, Microwave, Essential cookware and utensils
- Bathroom: Modern and complete, with a large shower, hairdryer, courtesy shower gel, and toilet paper.
- Linens: Bed and bath linen provided; for long stays, linen is changed every 7 days (extra linen available at an additional cost).
Building Access & Timing
- Floor: Ground floor, accessed via two steps down.
- Entrance: Through a small internal courtyard (not private), ensuring quiet and privacy from street noise.
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
- Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible.
