Living & Sleeping Area
Bedroom: Features a French bed (1.40 m × 2.00 m), a large 5‑door wardrobe, two windows opening onto the balcony, and a “secret” storage room — ideal for longer stays.
Living Room: Bright and comfortable, with a 3‑seater sofa, smart TV, and a glass dining/work table for 4 people.
Capacity: Ideal for 1–2 guests.

- Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
- Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible.
- Parking: Free street parking available in the surrounding area — the apartment is outside the ZTL.
