Living & Sleeping Area 

First Level: 

Living Room: A spacious and bright area with three large panoramic windows overlooking Florence’s most iconic monuments. Includes a decorative fireplace, lounge area, and a large dining table. 

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. 

• Bedrooms: 

• • Double Bedroom 1: With en‑suite bathroom. 

• • Double Bedroom 2: Includes a cot suitable for children aged 1–3. 

• • Main Bathroom: Features two sinks, a shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet. 

 

Upper Loft Level :

• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds that can be prepared separately or joined as a double, plus a sofa bed for a third guest. 

• Bedroom 4: A small, low‑ceiling bedroom ideal for children, with two regular‑size single beds. 

• Bathroom: A charming, spacious bathroom with a panoramic view of the Duomo.

Building Access & Timing 

• Floor: Located on the third and top floor of a historic building without an elevator. Not recommended for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility. 

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM. 

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM. 

• Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible. 

• Services: Professional cleaning, linens, and guest assistance included.

Important for Europass Participants: Our courses are held across three different venues. Please note that the specific location for your course will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the course starts.

The apartment is located near Piazza SS.ma Annunziata, making it extremely convenient for reaching all three course locations:

• Walking: approx. 10–12 minutes

• Walking: approx. 3–5 minutes

• By Taxi: Approx. 25–30 minutes. 

By Car 

• The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but the area is accessible for authorized vehicles. 

• Several paid garages are available nearby.
