Sleeping Area – 2 Bedrooms:

• Two Double Bedrooms: Each featuring a comfortable double bed and independent air conditioning units.

• Bedding: Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets provided.

• Appliances: 4-burner induction stove, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.

• Essentials: Sink and a complete selection of cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen utensils.

Bathrooms:

Building Access & Timing:

• Access: Located on the 3rd floor; please note there is an elevator available after climbing the first flight of stairs. Access is managed via a 100% online digital system.

Important for Students: Our courses are held across three different venues. Please note that the specific location for your course will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the course starts.

The following distances are calculated from the apartment to the Europass Teacher Academy locations. We have provided only the walking times as they represent the most efficient way to reach the sites:

• Walking time: Approx. 12–14 minutes.

• Walking time: Approx. 9–11 minutes.

How to reach the apartment

From Santa Maria Novella Station (SMN):

• Walking time: Approx. 12–15 minutes.

• Taxi: Taxis are available just outside the station (approx. 5-7 minute ride).

From Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci):

• By Tram: Take the T2 Tram line and get off at the “Alamanni” stop (next to the station). From there, it is a 12-15 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the apartment.

By Car:

• Please note that the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If arriving by car, you must use a private garage (e.g., Garage Sole) or the public parking at Santa Maria Novella Station.
