Living & Dining Area:

Open-plan living area and kitchen overlooking the historic Via San Niccolò.
Flexibility: The living room sofa converts into a double bed if required.
Tech: TV and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
Workplace: Dedicated work desk.

Sleeping Areas:

Master Bedroom: Spacious room with a comfortable double bed.
Single Bedroom: A smaller room with a single bed that provides direct access to the private garden. Note: This room is separated from the rest of the house by a curtain.
Extra Sleeping Space: A bunk bed is positioned in a large transitional space between the master bedroom and the study area.
Capacity: Up to 4 people can sleep in separate beds and spaces, though the rooms are not all completely closed by doors.

Private Garden:

Furnished with a table, four chairs, and shade sails for comfort.

Kitchen & Bath:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, toaster, espresso machine, and Moka pot.
Bathroom: Features a spacious mosaic-tiled shower and hairdryer.
Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Family Friendly:

We provide a foldable crib, high chair, changing table, stroller, toys, and plastic tableware.

Building Access & Timing:

Check-in: From 2:00 PM. We will meet you personally for the key handover.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible.
Access: Located on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

Important for Students: Our courses are held across three different venues. Please note that the specific location for your course will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the course starts.

The following distances and times are calculated from the apartment to the Europass Teacher Academy locations:

1. Via Sant’Egidio, 12

Walking time: Approx. 21–23 minutes.
By Public Transport: Approx. 14 minutes (Take bus C1 from “Piazza Poggi”).

2. Via dei Rustici, 7

Walking time: Approx. 14–16 minutes.

3. Via dei Servi, 49

Walking time: Approx. 24–26 minutes.
By Public Transport: Approx. 18 minutes (Take bus C1).

How to reach the apartment

From Santa Maria Novella Station (SMN):

By Public Transport: Approx. 20 minutes. Take bus line 23 (direction Sorgane/Bagno a Ripoli) and get off at the “Piazza Poggi” stop. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from there.
Taxi: A 10–12 minute ride.

From Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci):

By Tram & Bus: Take the T2 Tram line to the station, then the 23 bus as described above.
Taxi: A 20–25 minute ride.
