Apartment Layout & Amenities

Living Area:

• Spacious lounge with a large dining table.

• Entertainment: 55″ Flat screen TV

• Sleeping Option: Comfortable sofa bed for extra guests.

Bedroom 1 (The Suspended Room):

• Unique Feature: A 2-meter suspended double bed. It offers a one-of-a-kind experience but is not suitable for the faint of heart or those with limited mobility.

• Note: This room is separated from the living area by two curtains rather than a solid door.

• Includes a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2:

• Features a standard double bed, wardrobe, and a dedicated desk for work or study.

Professional Kitchen & Balcony:

• Appliances: Traditional ventilated oven with 4 burners, plus a secondary small oven for quick use, dishwasher, and fridge.

• Outdoor Space: Access to a private balcony.

Bathroom & Laundry:

• Bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower cubicle with retractable glass panel and a separate bathtub.

• Laundry: Combined washer/dryer machine for your convenience.

Building Access & Timing:

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

• Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in accordance with other bookings; therefore, we cannot know or confirm in advance if it is possible.

• Access: Located on the 2nd floor of an ancient Florentine palace (no elevator).

Important for Students: Our courses are held across three different venues. Please note that the specific location for your course will be confirmed approximately two weeks before the course starts.

The following distances and times are calculated from the apartment to the Europass Teacher Academy locations. If you prefer not to walk, the small electric buses (C3 line) that run through the center can cut your travel time in half:

1. Via Sant’Egidio, 12

• Walking time: Approx. 32–34 minutes.

• By Public Transport: Approx. 18–20 minutes.

2. Via dei Rustici, 7

• Walking time: Approx. 27–29 minutes.

• By Public Transport: Approx. 15–18 minutes.

• By Tram: Take the T2 Tram line to the station, then a short bus ride or taxi to Via Pisana.
